Cost Structure

DaDesktop offers four payment methods:

  1. Public cloud option (starting at 3 EUR per day)
  2. Dedicated server option (starting at 10 EUR per day)
  3. Bulk or reseller purchasing (starting at 0.1 EUR per day)
  4. Self-hosted installation

Public Cloud

For a basic Linux desktop featuring 8GB of RAM, 8 CPU cores, and 50GB of SSD storage, the daily rate is 3 EUR.

Every additional set of 8GB RAM, 8 CPU cores, and 50GB storage increases the daily charge by 3 EUR.

Windows-based machines carry an additional fee of 1 EUR per day. This surcharge is waived if you supply your own license.

Note: The daily billing cycle counts a day as any usage within the 24-hour window starting at midnight local server time.

Dedicated Server

Opting for an entire server gives you predictable costs irrespective of the number of desktops or resources allocated to each one.

Your only limits are the server's physical resources, not the count of desktops or individual units. Reach out to us here for further information.

Bulk or Reseller Pricing

Resellers and high-volume buyers can access discounts reaching up to 80%.

This arrangement typically suits organizations planning to:

  1. Embed DaDesktop into their own product
  2. Offer it for resale
  3. Acquire large quantities

Self-Hosted

The base rate for an on-premise setup is 6 EUR per core.
