DaDesktop is applied in two clearly different situations:

Cloud Desktops for Training and Development

Desktops built for training and development emphasize speed and ease of use. Anyone with a link can gain quick access to the desktop. This setup is typically used to power interactive, instructor-led cloud desktop environments or virtual classrooms, enabling the delivery of top-tier corporate training. During an online class, instructors or trainers can observe their students' cloud desktops and monitor participation.

To coach students effectively, instructors have the capability to remotely access a student's desktop.

Training sessions, complete with audio, can be recorded on screen for later review.

Work Desktops

Work Desktops (often called DaDesktop for Work, or dd4w) function as employees' cloud desktops. The employer maintains complete control over the applications and information used, with all communication and data kept encrypted.

Securing Data

The employer can also limit access to data handled on the cloud desktop, preventing employees from transferring information outside the system. Clipboard functions and access to certain websites can be blocked, ensuring that all information is processed securely within the virtual desktop itself.

Recording Actions

Each user action can be captured in a highly efficient format, allowing millions of hours of virtual desktop activity per employee to be stored. This recorded data can then be analyzed to uncover any fraudulent behavior.

Secure Network

Access to the company's internal applications can be limited solely to DaDesktops, which controls the handling of confidential material and eliminates any risk of data being intercepted on employees' personal machines.
