Scheduling and Cancelling Deletion of a Standalone Machine

Why should you care about the deletion schedule?

If you're working on a past lab using a Standalone machine after a course, or you're a Trainer putting a course together, this isn't something to be concerned about.

However, to make better use of system resources, standalone machines that remain inactive for more than a month will automatically be set for deletion, and we'll notify you 7 days in advance.

You also have the option to cancel the deletion schedule.
 

How you can schedule deleting a standalone machine yourself.

1. When creating a standalone desktop, you can pick a removal date.

1. From the Options menu, set a date to delete the standalone machine.

How you can clear the scheduled deletion date

1. In the Options menu, click "Scheduled to delete on" 

2. Hover over and click the blue toggle icon to instantly clear the deletion date.
